Our Mission
The Research and Development Department evaluates the needs of customers in order to develop a functional product. We take into account the standards of today but also we consider the future trends. The Production Department through traditional machines such as vertical millers, centre lathes, shaping machines in combination with computer control machines (CNCs) operated by trained engineers, guarantees ultimate precision in manufacturing each component as an exact match.
The Assembling Department applies an innovative traceability system that allows us to track and trace each component that comprises the product – from suppliers and manufacturers through assembly and final delivery to customers.
The Quality Assurance Team handles the quality checks on products created by the company. Our engineers have an intimate knowledge of the requirements and specifications of each particular project. This allows team members to ensure the products meet those standards so the company puts out quality products.
The After sale Department provides advice and services to customers based on our 30-year old experience; the well trained people ensure that this department delivers a high level of customer satisfaction.
Our Spare Part Warehouse, well-organized and managed with the right amount of inventory in the right place at all times assures overnight – if not same day – delivery The Export Department plays a key role in the company; Exports have made an important contribution to our business growth—increasing two-fold our turnover the past decade.

Our people

Our factory is a set of buildings that cover a surface of around 7.500 m2 with facilities for manufacturing the dental units from the raw material to the end product.
Neodent SA knowing the importance of the infrastructure and equipment in general, in the quality but also in the competitiveness of its services, it has, with a continuous effort to improve, the necessary material resources for the implementation of its processes.
Keeping the company’s facilities in excellent condition and the equipment in a condition that ensures its smooth operation, in terms of its quantitative and qualitative performance, is a primary concern for all of us.
Our Brand New store in Athens is situated in 45 – 49 Fidippidou Str, just across the Dental Faculty.
Certifications
Neodent S.A., committed to the values of Product Quality and User’s Safety, aiming at continuous improvement of its organizational structure, internal communication and faster and better customer service, has set up a Quality Management System operating under the requirements of the International Standard ELOT EN ISO 9001/2000.
Today, Neodent S.A., in accordance with the requirements arising from the need for continuous improvement of the standard adopts the latest and most advanced version of the ELOT EN ISO 9001/2015 and the International Standard EN ISO 13485/2016 as well as Neodent S.A. covers commercial and manufacturing activities in the field of dental equipment (machinery, equipment, and supplies).
At the same time, a Collective System of Alternative Management of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) is applied in collaboration with “Electrical Appliances Recycling SA” approved by the Minister of Environment in June 2004. The company’s purpose is the alternative management of WEEE, i.e the collection, transportation, temporary storage, separation and treatment of WEEE and its components for removing harmful substances environment and reintegration of reusable materials as raw material in the production of new products.
Anti-Bribery Policy
NEODENT S.A., along with all members of its management, individuals performing managerial duties, staff, and any third party acting on behalf of the company, through this Policy, is committed to establishing a framework of obligations and guidelines to be used as a tool for preventing, deterring, and combating bribery in full compliance with the current legal and regulatory framework.
The company, understanding the definition and consequences of bribery and its various forms, encourages the confidential reporting of any incident or suspicion of bribery, provides appropriate training to its employees and associates for recognizing actions linked to bribery, and takes care of protecting the company’s reputation. Maintaining impartiality and integrity among all those involved with the company is a priority for all transactions originating from the company.
Through dynamic processes and procedures, the company has implemented and adheres to the ISO 37001 standard, with the aim of preventing, deterring, and eliminating bribery and corruption. As part of its corporate social responsibility, the company may support organizations or sponsor events and activities. However, in all cases, it is ensured that charitable and social donations or sponsorships are only given to recognized organizations, following the relevant research and evaluation, without any expectation of gaining a business advantage or preferential treatment in return.
Company employees are informed about this Policy and related procedures and are vigilant to report, either by name or anonymously, any incident that comes to their attention and involves elements of or raises suspicion of bribery or a situation that could expose the company to the risk of bribery.
Additionally, employees who report instances of bribery are protected from retaliation, discrimination, or disciplinary action (e.g., threats, isolation, demotion, obstruction of promotion, transfer, dismissal, intimidation, targeting, or other forms of harassment).
NEODENT S.A. communicates this policy to all its stakeholders and encourages them to comply with it.
